We are based in the South of United Kingdom, on a beautiful coast of East Sussex, about an hour away from London.

We offer UK shipping only at this moment. We are however working hard with our partners to offer EU and Global shipping, soo.
We make our designs primarily from Jesmonite - a British-invented and produced material which is environmentally safe and water based. We also work with cement, natural ingredients like soy, coconut and rapeseed wax and natural additives like seashells, sand, glass, pebbles, stone, marble, wood and more. We use British and local supplier whenever possible to assure quality and timeless feel.
For shelf stock orders it will be 3 working days, for made to order items 5-7 days from purchase. Custom-made orders, personalised items and stamps will be shipped within 7-14 days of ordering. Gallery items and commissions - 2-3 months, and by pre-order only. Please bear in mind that during peaks seasonal times (e.g. Christmas) the shipping times may be extended.
You will have 24 hours after purchase to do so. Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on main and provide you order number & request to amend or cancel. We will accommodate as much as possible, however after 24 hours your items may already be in production and we may not be able to cancel the order without a charge.
We are sorry you are not satisfied with your order and we want to make it right. Our Return and refund Policy applies. Please read it carefully. Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the items are delivered on sales.the82@gmail.com email and provide you order number & request alongside of reason for refund and photographic evidence. We photograph all our items before posting and track the shipments via the courier's services.
We don't offer specific gift wrapping services, but our items are beautiful wrapped and ready for gifting when they arrive. You can add your own personalised note to them too. Please add this in the order comments.
Yes, we are! All our packaging is recyclable and compostable. We also recycle some of our outer parcel boxes, so although your item may arrive in a box that not super new, the item itself will still be beautifully wrapped. we also use eco-conscious materials to create our designs and candles from and we do. not test on animals.
Yes, we do! On some designs we are able to offer laser engraving, we can customise glass candle vessels, Jesmonite decor and candle vessels and wooden or metal elements. Please reach out to us before placing your order to discuss, to avoid disappointment. Use the contact form on the main page to send your enquiry. Helpful things to include: type of an item - i.e. Jesmonite chunky tray or the name if its listed e.g. Dune, type of design you're after. e.g. name engraved on edge, date of birth, wedding date, names and hearts, floral design etc. Occasion for which this gift is purchased, so we can advise on style.
