Studio82 takes immense pride in making each order by hand and getting things right, the first time.
Each and every item is carefully wrapped, secured, sealed and photographed before being boxed up and labeled and is fully tracked, with photographic evidence on delivery and a signature on receipt.
If your order is not with you within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at studio82.shop@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
We make our items in the UK and we offer shipping within the UK only. (England, Scotland, Wales). International delivery is not available at this time, but we are working hard with our partners around the globe to offer it soon.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 working days from the date of purchase.

As a small business with handmade products, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as the launch of our website or seasonal peak times such as Christmas.
While we hold stock of most items, most pieces are made to order, which may result in slightly longer turnaround times.
All standard orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service with signature, which typically delivers within 2 working days from dispatch.
Custom /gallery/ interior design orders and rates will be agreed upon commission confirmation
We will provide a tracking number, once your order has been sent.
We take great care in securing your items and making sure they arrive in perfect condition, same as they left our studio.
Each item is safely wrapped in protective tissue paper to ensure no scratches
We then wrap it in the honeycomb buffer paper and/or extra layer of bubbles
We use compostable/dissolvable protective packing peanuts to buffer the boxes at the bottom and top
For large items like sculptures / or intricate details we may deliver in person
All packaging is recyclable, biodegradable and eco-friendly.
Most of our order will arrive within 2-3 working dates from posting.
During peak seasonal times (e.g. Christmas) the delivery times may be extended. We will provide advice based on the official postal times from our providers. Please shop early to avoid disappointment.
